By engaging in the services, programs, consultations, or content provided by Dr. Onaje J. Muid ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please review them carefully before participating in any offering.

Dr. Onaje J. Muid provides culturally-affirming, trauma-informed education, consulting, and therapeutic services. These include, but are not limited to, individual and group healing sessions, workshops, training programs, and professional development offerings.

All services are intended to support personal, communal, and professional transformation and do not substitute for licensed medical, psychiatric, or legal advice unless explicitly stated.

Participants must be at least 18 years of age or have legal guardian consent. All clients must complete any required intake or agreement forms before beginning services.

All sessions and interactions are held in confidence and respect your right to privacy. Dr. Muid upholds ethical standards in social work, therapy, and education. However, confidentiality may be broken when required by law, including threats of harm to self or others, abuse disclosures, or court orders.

By participating in services, you acknowledge that healing, therapy, and personal development are personal journeys with no guaranteed outcomes. Dr. Muid shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in services or use of materials.

Virtual sessions may be conducted via secure third-party platforms. While all reasonable steps are taken to protect privacy, clients assume responsibility for their own digital safety when engaging remotely.

​Dr. Muid creates and facilitates healing-centered spaces rooted in cultural respect, spiritual grounding, and mutual accountability. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal from the session or program, with no refund.
